Rica Rodrigo Carazo and his wife Estrella.
Villablanca is located half way between San
Jose and the San Carlos-Arenal Volcano region. It is designed
as a small Costa Rican town, with its "casitas"
(bungalows with fireplaces) and chape.
Los Angeles Cloud Forest: a private biological
reserve with its own research station. It features amazing
trails where our expert guide have identified dozens of life-saving
medical plants and more than 347 species of birds.

tour above the canopy of The Los Angeles Cloud Forest.

La Mariana Chapel: a jewel of historical and
educational and educational relevance. Personally designed
by the Carazo's and built in 1997, it features a ceiling covered
with hand-painted ceramics depicting the myths and glory of
the different Virgins throughout Latin American history.
